Entry Visa

Visas are required for some nationalities to travel to Japan for this conference. We advise participants who require entry visa to contact their local travel agent, or apply for their visas at least 30 days before the conference.

Tourist Visa is the first recommendation for all the participants. If you need an official invitation letter for Business Visa, please contact with the organizing committee.

For Chinese Participants
对于中国参会者，如需办理公务签证，对于条件符合者，注册确认后，组委会可提供签证所需邀请函等材料，会前三个月开始统一办理。
