Attention
- 1. All the presenting authors, including onsite and online speakers, poster presenters, full length papers authors must pay non-refundable pre-registration fee. Your pre-registration will be valid only provided the payment is received before the deadline of Jan.15th, 2024. On-site registration opportunity is for non-presenting authors only.
- 2. The payment can be paid by credit card, PayPal or wire transfer in USD or ERU. Alipay or Wechat by RMB is also accepted. The difference caused by bank service and exchange rate is NOT included.

Cancellation Policy
- The registration fee won’t be refunded for all presenting authors including onsite and online speakers, poster presenters, full length papers authors and exhibitors.
- Hotel Cancellation deadline is Dec.25, 2023. A separate refund service fee of $100 will be charged.
- Cancellation should be made to email Johanna@istci.org before the cancellation deadline.
