Fees and Payment

Attention

1. The payment can be paid by credit card or wire transfer in US Dollars or EUR and by Wechat or Alipay in RMB yuan. The difference caused by bank service and exchange rate is NOT included.
2. The registration fees are different for onsite and online participants. All the presenting authors, including onsite and online speakers, poster presenters, full length papers authors must pay non-refundable pre-registration fee. Your pre-registration will be valid only provided the payment is received before the deadline of August 31, 2025. On-site registration opportunity is for non-presenting authors only.

Cancellation

No refund for all presenting authors including onsite and online speakers, poster presenters, full length papers authors and exhibitors.
Hotel Cancellation deadline is August 20, 2025. A separate refund service fee of $100 will be charged for each refund.
Cancellation should be made to email johanna@istci.org before the cancellation deadline.
