Attention

1. 1. The payment can be paid by credit card or wire transfer in US Dollars or EUR and by Wechat or Alipay in RMB yuan. The difference caused by bank service and exchange rate is NOT included.
2. 2. The registration fees are different for onsite and online participants. All the presenting authors, including onsite and online speakers, poster presenters, full length papers authors must pay non-refundable pre-registration fee. Your pre-registration will be valid only provided the payment is received before the deadline of 29 May, 2025. On-site registration opportunity is for non-presenting authors only.

Special Discount
Students can get ￥600 off for Regular and Package A registration.
Group(≥3 person), everybody can get ￥500 off.

1. For Exhibition

Cancellation

• No refund for all presenting authors including onsite and online speakers, poster presenters, full length papers authors and exhibitors.
• Hotel Cancellation deadline is May 20, 2025. A separate refund service fee of $100 will be charged for each refund.
• Cancellation should be made to email johanna@istci.org before the cancellation deadline.
