Cancellation
• A 80% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before April 22, 2019.
• A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before May 22, 2019.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after May 22, 2019
• No refund for registrants who paid but did not attend the conference in person. However, you will have a chance to attend next year's conference without registration fee.
• Hotel cancellation deadline: May 22, 2019. A separate refund service fee of $100 will be charged for each refund.
• Cancellations should be made via email to eve@istci.org before the above deadline.
